The redevelopment is located in the Kowloon Tong district, abutting Somerset Road and main Waterloo Road. The design has to consider the noise issue and accessibility of the building. The design is about 6,000 sq. ft. with a 2-storey residential part and a large basement area. We are acting as the Lead Consultant by providing AP, RSE, Architectural design, MEP Consultancy Services and Landscape Design and Planning Consultancy Services.
