We are acting as the Lead Consultant and Main Contractor for delivering the full service for the residential redevelopment at Tong Yan San Tsuen. The project is a fast-track project, and obtained the occupation permit within 3 years. The project consists of 3 blocks of building and provides 9 units which ranging from 720 sq. ft. to 2,500 sq. ft. single-family houses.
